Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Proven clinical background in a cath lab or cardiac care setting
  • Proficient in monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating for cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular medications and interventions
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients and equipment for cath lab procedures
  • Monitor patient status and safety throughout diagnostic and interventional processes
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other team members during cases
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responses
  • Provide pre- and post-procedural care and patient education
  • Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in emergency interventions as needed
