Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments prior to catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Manage vascular access sites (radial, femoral, IJ) and device implant locations
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with cardioversions and manage equipment needs
- Monitor vital signs and ECGs throughout procedures
- Deliver thorough discharge teaching post-procedure, ensuring safe transitions of care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Cath Lab nursing experience required
- Strong understanding of cardiac procedures, device implants, and related care
- Proficient in patient assessment, critical thinking, and medication administration
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
