Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and emergency response protocols
  • Strong IV, medication administration, and conscious sedation skills
  • Ability to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including angioplasties and stent placements
  • Proven track record working collaboratively with physicians, techs, and other clinicians
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for catheterization procedures and provide pre/post-procedural care
  • Circulate and/or scrub during diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases
  • Monitor patient condition, assess vital signs, and document care accurately
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and participate actively in code situations as needed
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures, aftercare, and cardiac health
  • Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and regulatory standards

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
