Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab in Clinton, MS

Make an impact in cardiac care as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab, providing exceptional clinical expertise and compassionate patient support. This contract opportunity offers a structured day shift schedule and the chance to collaborate alongside a skilled interdisciplinary team within an advanced cardiac environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Call: 2 nights per week; 3 weekends (Friday-Sunday) required within every 8-week rotation
• Holiday coverage: Call and/or work as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab
• Proficient in moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring
• Demonstrated skill in circulating during cardiac procedures
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records
• Preferred: Experience in scrubbing for cath lab procedures
• Must adhere to 50 Mile Radius Rule

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related interventions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation and patient status throughout procedures
• Accurately chart procedures in Epic and respond effectively to emergent situations
• Participate in call rotation and provide expert care during after-hours and holiday coverage

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
