This contract opportunity focuses on delivering exceptional care in a prep and recovery unit, supporting patients following Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures. Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- No on-call shifts or weekend rotation
- Closed for major holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Critical Care, PACU, or CCU settings
- Prior Cath Lab RN experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to float to EP and procedural areas if needed, as discussed by management
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-procedural care to patients in the Prep/Recovery unit
- Monitor and assess patients recovering from Cath, Vascular, or EP interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families about procedure preparation, recovery expectations, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment tailored to each patient’s needs

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
