This full-time Cath Lab RN travel assignment is structured for career-minded nurses seeking exposure to a wide range of clinical practices and leadership styles. Schedule:
- 4x10 hour shifts, days
- Weekend, on-call, and holiday requirements as needed
- Floating within facility as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, considering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural, and developmental aspects
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to review medical histories and diagnostics
- Report abnormal lab and diagnostic results to physicians and appropriate team members
- Formulate and implement patient care and discharge plans using assessment data and interdisciplinary input
- Reassess as needed according to policy and patient condition
- Integrate individual needs—including psychosocial, cultural, and educational factors—into the care process
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
