Travel Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab | Evansdale, Iowa

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• On-call rotation every 3 weeks
• Every third weekend responsibility

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Experience with interventional cardiology procedures preferred
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols quickly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and support patients during catheterization procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and cardiovascular teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
• Uphold safety and infection control protocols
• Respond effectively to emergencies and support during code situations
• Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery, and ongoing care needs
