Full-time Registered Nurses with cath lab expertise will expand their skills while balancing a schedule of 4 ten-hour day shifts per week, with occasional requirements for weekends, holidays, on-call, and floating. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a cath lab
• Active RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, cultural, and developmental factors
• Collaborate with families and health teams to formulate and implement dynamic care plans
• Monitor diagnostics, report abnormalities, and facilitate timely interventions
• Plan and support safe patient discharges
