Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum one year of recent experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures and assist the interventional team
- Monitor patients’ vital signs pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff
- Maintain a sterile field and uphold infection control standards throughout procedures
- Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations
