Travel Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab | Goose Creek, South Carolina

This 13-week assignment is ideal for a dedicated nurse with specialized expertise in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab settings. The role will immerse you in a dynamic cardiac environment, providing the chance to refine your EP skills with procedures like ablations and LAAOs while also supporting the Cath Lab when needed. You’ll gain invaluable exposure to diverse procedural practices and unique team dynamics, strengthening your clinical acumen and adaptability for future assignments or leadership roles.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct EP support, including participating in advanced procedures (ablations, LAAOs)
• Float as needed to the Cath Lab to ensure superior patient care coverage
• Rare, occasional assistance during TEE/CV procedures (mainly documentation, procedure tracking, circulating)
• Support team members in delivering comprehensive cardiac care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with valid credentials
• At least one year of recent Electrophysiology experience (required)
• Experience in Cath Lab nursing (required)
• Scrub experience is a bonus
• Adaptable, with a willingness to float between departments as needed
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
