Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab - Green Cove Springs, Florida

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Cath Lab. This contract position calls for a knowledgeable RN ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Quick adaptability to new working environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications as directed by the physician
• Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment in accordance with best practices
• Support patients and families by providing education and emotional reassurance
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and fellow nurses to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
