Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Advanced clinical skills related to cardiovascular and interventional procedures
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management abilities
• Motivated team player with a commitment to evidence-based patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to changes
• Assist physicians and other team members during catheterizations, angioplasties, and device implantations
• Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and document all care thoroughly
• Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to infection control standards
• Educate patients and families regarding procedural steps, post-operative care, and follow-up requirements
