Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license or Cath Lab Technologist credentials (CVT with RCIS)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • At least 4 years of cath lab experience required
  • Proficient in scrub cases, balloon pump operation, room turnover, patient transport, and manifold systems
  • Capacity to float to the OR for vascular cases or other cath labs as needed
  • Experience with varied cath procedures preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Manage room setup, sterile technique, and patient monitoring
  • Scrub and circulate during procedures, ensuring all supplies and equipment are prepared and utilized safely
  • Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as balloon pumps and manifold systems
  • Support patient care before, during, and after procedures; provide safe transport as needed
  • Participate in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility protocols
  • Float to other procedural areas as assigned (including OR vascular cases and other cath labs)
