Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Proficiency in pre/post-procedure care, hemodynamic monitoring, and assisting with diagnostic/therapeutic cardiac procedures
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable to diverse care delivery models and changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Assist in a multidisciplinary team throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized cardiovascular equipment
• Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes promptly
• Provide post-procedural care, education, and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
