Travel Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab - Kingston, Georgia

Professionally, you’ll be joining a well-established department with a Level 2 Trauma designation and chest pain and stroke specialty centers. This teaching hospital, home to a respected residency program, provides exposure to varied leadership and advanced interventional cardiology protocols. Stepping into the Cath Lab here, you’ll grow your practice surrounded by a collaborative, highly autonomous team, deepening your knowledge in both routine and complex cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (0700-1730)
• Weekend rotation and call required (1 day/week, 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks; 30-minute response time)
• Holiday coverage required (70%)
• Schedule cycle: 6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for Cath and EP lab procedures
• Circulate, administer moderate sedation, titrate/manage critical drips
• Prep and recover patients, float to Prep/Recovery as needed
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting
• Operate department-specific equipment (BBG, ACT, Balloon Pumps, Impella)

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years’ Cath Lab experience
• Experience with scrub and circulate roles preferred
• Willingness to float as needed and adapt to a culture of autonomy
