Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (0700-1730)
  • 6-week scheduling cycle
  • Call required: 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 4th-5th weekend (30-minute response time)
  • Weekend and holiday rotation discussed during interview

What You’ll Experience:

  • Exposure to a 361-bed Level 2 Trauma facility
  • Work closely with seasoned professionals in a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center environment
  • Hands-on interaction with advanced technology including EPIC, BBG, ACT, Balloon Pumps, and Impella devices
  • Participation in a teaching hospital culture, offering insight into residency program operations, staff education, and innovative care practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and administer moderate sedation for Cath and EP procedures
  • Titrate and manage critical drips; scrub, prep, and recover patients
  • Float between Cath Lab and Prep/Recovery areas as needed
  • Provide exceptional care for patients presenting with chest pain, undergoing LHC, RHC, PTCA, stent placements, ablations, and device implants

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum two years of Cath Lab experience
  • Experience with moderate sedation and critical drip management
  • Familiarity with EPIC charting preferred
  • Willingness to float and adapt to Prep/Recovery roles
  • High level of autonomy and teamwork mentality
