This assignment in a dynamic, high-acuity Cath Lab and EP Lab setting will provide invaluable exposure to innovative cardiovascular interventions, diverse team structures, and different leadership philosophies. You'll gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment and enhance your skills with complex cardiac and electrophysiology procedures, making this a standout addition to your resume.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
• No night shifts
• 8-12 call shifts per month, including 2 weekends

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN licensure
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Proficient in Cath/EP Lab procedures, including Cardiac Cath (diagnostic and PCI), Watchman/LAAO, EP studies/ablation, and device implants
• Previous travel experience is a plus; adaptability and the ability to thrive independently are highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate confidently within an agile, multidisciplinary team, adapting to various workplace practices
• Utilize Meditech documentation system to accurately record interventions and outcomes
• Follow department protocols and surgical scrub dress code (scrubs provided)
• Fulfill call duties as scheduled
