An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a travel assignment in a dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This contract position requires exceptional clinical abilities, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to patient care within an advanced procedural setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour day shifts per week (4x10s)
  • On-call responsibilities are necessary; specific call coverage details will be clarified during the phone interview

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
  • Active FL RN license or Compact RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be provided in your profile)
  • College diploma or official transcripts required
  • Cannot be a permanent resident of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to function efficiently in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Prepare, monitor, and recover patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the Cath Lab team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all infection prevention and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient care
