Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible to practice in Ohio
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab or comparable acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong skills in pre/post procedural patient care
• Proficient in managing vascular access and device implant sites (radial, femoral, IJ, device pockets)
• Experience administering medications and assisting with cardioversions highly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide thorough discharge education

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive pre-procedure assessments for cath lab and electrophysiology patients
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and ECGs throughout procedures
• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Assist with management of vascular access and cardiac device implant sites
• Support cardioversion procedures as needed
• Guide patients and families during post-procedure discharge, providing clear education on recovery and follow-up
