Requirements:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac care protocols and procedures
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proficiency in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly in urgent or changing situations

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, explaining processes and ensuring informed consent
  • Monitor patient status continuously during procedures, working closely with physicians and the interventional team
  • Administer medications, operate specialized monitoring equipment, and support quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and procedural details
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, anticipate needs, and ensure safety
  • Participate in post-procedure care and patient education for discharge or transfer

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
