Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab - Millbrook, Alabama

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid RN license
• Experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent, fast-paced clinical settings
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and intervention equipment

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac patients before, during, and after catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians with interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures
• Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring a sterile environment
• Administer medications and closely observe patient responses
• Accurately document all aspects of care in patient records
• Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and recovery
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies within the Cath Lab
