Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab in Mingo Junction, OH

A skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse is needed to support cutting-edge cardiac care in a dynamic Cath Lab environment. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with leading cardiac professionals, and gain experience in a vital specialty area.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 x 8-hour shifts, daytime
• Call required: Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m.
• Two on-call days per week and three weekends on call within six weeks

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Ohio
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Prior experience as an RN in a Cath Lab preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor patient status and rapidly respond to clinical changes
• Assist physicians and cardiology team members with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Participate in emergency response as needed
