Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Recent experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Solid understanding of EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring
- Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
- Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and related procedures
- Prepare patients and operating areas for procedures by following all safety and infection control protocols
- Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures, quickly responding to changes as needed
- Administer medications and IVs as directed by physicians
- Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and support staff for seamless procedural flow
- Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-procedure care
- Assist with emergency interventions as required

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
