Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Arizona or a compact RN license
• Experience working in oncology and the cath lab setting
• Demonstrated proficiency administering chemotherapy
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to patients in both the cath lab and oncology units, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Administer chemotherapy and other specialized treatments, closely monitoring patient responses and promptly managing any side effects
• Collaborate with physicians and medical teams to tailor individualized care plans and support positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, ongoing therapies, and health maintenance
• Accurately document patient care, treatments, and responses in the electronic health record
• Participate in continuous training and professional development
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies
