Primary Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate during interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile fields, and manage inventory of cardiac catheterization laboratory supplies and devices
- Operate imaging equipment for coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and additional procedures
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nursing staff, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
- Respond efficiently as part of the STEMI call team for urgent cases
Key Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Demonstrable proficiency in assisting and circulating for interventional cardiac cases as a Radiological Technologist
- Strong grasp of supplies, equipment, and protocols used in angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, and related vascular interventions
- Comfort working in high-acuity, fast-paced scenarios and responding to emergent STEMI cases
