Schedule/Hours:

• Full time; four 10-hour shifts, days
• Occasional weekend, on-call, and holiday requirements
• Floating as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a Cath Lab or similar environment
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and developmental needs
• Review patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic/laboratory data, collaborating closely with the health care team
• Communicate abnormal findings promptly to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Develop individualized plans of care and discharge plans with input from patients, families, and team members
• Adapt care approaches to address physical, cultural, psychosocial, and age-specific needs
• Monitor and reassess patients following established policies and protocols
