Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

- Complete thorough, holistic assessments encompassing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, cultural, and developmental needs
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning
- Monitor patient history, perform reassessments, and ensure timely care documentation
- Review diagnostic and laboratory results, reporting and escalating abnormalities to appropriate healthcare professionals
