An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support Cath Lab services on a contract basis. In this essential role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures and work closely with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Previous experience working in a Cath Lab setting
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac procedures and patient monitoring
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate with a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre- and post-procedural care for Cath Lab patients
  • Monitor vital signs, sedation levels, and patient responses during procedures
  • Administer medications and contrast agents as ordered by physicians
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in accordance with hospital protocols
  • Document patient progress, interventions, and any significant findings
  • Provide patient and family education on procedures and recovery expectations
  • Respond efficiently to emergencies and changes in patient condition

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
