Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license, eligible for practice in New Mexico
- 1+ year of recent experience in Cath Lab nursing
- ACLS and BLS certifications (current)
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and patient monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
- Assist physicians during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, responding to changes in condition
- Document all aspects of patient care promptly and accurately
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care instructions
