Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state specific or compact)
• Minimum of 1 year recent cath lab nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and monitoring before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Perform patient assessments, document care accurately, and provide patient/family education
• Maintain a safe environment, adhering to all hospital protocols and standards
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives
