A travel nursing assignment here presents a unique opportunity for professional discovery and personal adventure.

This specialized role in a high-volume Cardiac Catheterization Lab puts you at the forefront of advanced cardiovascular care while providing exposure to innovative workplace practices and collaboration with seasoned leaders. Sharpen your skills by supporting complex diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures at a facility recognized as a STEMI tertiary referral center, with a patient mix that includes TAVR, Mitraclip, Rotablator, IVUS, and more. Working alongside cross-disciplinary teams using advanced EMR systems (Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics), you’ll enjoy the challenge and reward of expanding your clinical acumen and enhancing your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • 3, 12-hour shifts weekly
  • Call required: One night per week and up to every other weekend
  • Weekend/holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Active CA RN license with 2+ years of Cath Lab nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Prior SCRUB experience is highly preferred (please detail your scrub case types and recency)
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references (1 within the past year, 1 within 3 years)
  • Must not have been directly employed by any facility within specified affiliated systems in the past year (PRN through outside agencies accepted)
  • Successful completion of the Dysrhythmia Exam (Relias within past 12 months accepted)
  • Familiarity with advanced cardiac interventions; high acuity patient care required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct bedside care in a state-of-the-art Cath Lab, supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient management
  • Adhere to proper radiation safety procedures (badge provided)
  • Function effectively within a multidisciplinary environment with CV Techs, Rad Techs, and Intensivists
