This travel assignment is ideal for Registered Nurses seeking to grow professionally in a dynamic Cath Lab environment. Schedule:

• 07:00–17:30 shifts
• Weekend and night call required

Qualifications:

• Valid NY RN license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cath lab/procedural/sedation settings
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac interventions and emergency patient care
• Strong ability to manage patients under sedation
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and intervene during cardiac procedures, including catheterization, coronary stents, valvuloplasty, and more
• Administer oral and intravenous medications safely
• Vigilantly observe patients under sedation, quickly responding to complications
• Actively participate as a STEMI Team Emergency On-Call member
• Educate patients and families on recovery, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Accurately manage paperwork, including consent forms, charting, and lab results
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care
