Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Proven experience in a Cath Lab environment, with capability in prepping, assisting, and monitoring patients during cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, and familiarity with cardiac medications
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of patient safety and care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
  • Assist physicians and the Cath Lab team during diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Continuously monitor patient vital signs, condition, and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
  • Educate patients and their families on procedures and post-procedural care requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance throughout all processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care
