Schedule/Hours:
- Contract-based role with potential floating to the OR for vascular procedures and to additional Cath Lab locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- CVT with RCIS certification
- Proven skills in scrub technique, balloon pump operation, room turnover, patient transport, and manifold use
- Willingness to float to additional units as operational needs arise
- Candidates under consideration for their first travel assignment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and provide direct assistance in Cath Lab procedures
- Operate and manage IABP (intra-aortic balloon pump) technology
- Efficiently support room turnover to optimize patient flow
- Ensure safe patient transport within the department and to related units
- Assist in manifold operation and other specialized technical functions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care across multiple locations, as needed
