Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license (state of MA or compact)
• Prior experience in a Cath Lab setting strongly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac procedures, equipment, and sterile technique
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare equipment and assist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses before, during, and after procedures
• Educate patients and families regarding catheterization procedures and post-procedure care
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records
