Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license (AZ or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, adaptable approach
• Experience monitoring patients, assisting during interventions, and responding to acute situations

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pre-, intra-, and post-procedure Cath Lab patients
• Assist with invasive cardiac procedures, including angioplasties and stent placements
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and medication administration
• Coordinate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to ensure optimal procedural outcomes
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards to protect patients and colleagues
• Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-care instructions
