Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 4 shifts of 10 hours each week
  • 8 days of on-call responsibilities, including 1 weekend every 4 weeks

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with at least 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience
  • Previous Cath Lab travel experience is required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record systems
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology studies, and interventions
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and medical professionals
  • Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and provide thorough documentation
