Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• At least 2 years’ recent experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptability to different hospital protocols and EHR systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver skilled nursing care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Collaborate closely with cardiology teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status continuously, recognizing signs of complications and responding swiftly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols for safety and infection control.
• Educate patients and families on procedure preparation and post-procedure care.
