Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Proven experience in a CVICU or Cardiac ICU setting
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac monitoring, ventilator support, and post-operative cardiovascular care
  • Proficient in titrating critical care medications
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, hands-on care to high-acuity cardiac and vascular patients
  • Administer and manage vasoactive medications and life-sustaining therapies
  • Monitor cardiac and hemodynamic status, promptly recognizing changes and intervening as needed
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and updates to patients and families throughout the continuum of care
  • Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
  • Participate in code situations and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies

$2,264 - $2,477/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
