Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) or equivalent critical care setting
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and support staff
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, acute care environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill cardiac and post-surgical heart patients
• Continuously monitor hemodynamic status, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV drips, and specialized cardiovascular therapies as ordered
• Implement individualized care plans and participate in interdisciplinary patient rounds
• Maintain precise documentation of care, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide education and support to patients and families during recovery

$2,211 - $2,419/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
