Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active RN license
• Proven experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Proficient in patient monitoring, titration of critical drips, and ventilator management
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work constructively within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to high acuity cardiovascular patients
• Closely monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to changes
• Administer and adjust cardiac medications, drips, and treatments
• Operate specialized CVICU medical equipment confidently and safely
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate and implement care plans

• Ensure accurate, timely charting and compliance with all clinical protocols
