Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Previous CVICU experience required
• Proven ability to assess, monitor, and care for critically ill cardiac patients
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and critical care protocols
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment
• Analyze diagnostic data and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Respond efficiently to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency interventions as necessary
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
