Key Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a CVICU or Cardiac ICU setting
- Strong grasp of advanced cardiovascular monitoring, assessment, and interventions
- Proficiency with ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and other critical care equipment
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Effective communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
- Monitor, assess, and respond rapidly to patient status changes
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced life support systems
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient and family education regarding care procedures, medications, and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with department and regulatory guidelines
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe patient environment

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
