Registered Nurse - CVICU (Cardiovascular ICU) in Lincoln, IL

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVICU experience
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and cardiac monitoring equipment
• Strong commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and operate specialized equipment

• Support patients and families through education and guidance during treatment
• Ensure all care and procedures follow regulatory, hospital, and professional standards
