Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficient in managing advanced cardiac life support, ventilators, and medication drips.
- Exceptional critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac surgeries, heart failure, or requiring advanced cardiovascular support.

- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and adjust life-supporting equipment.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, post-operative care, and recovery expectations.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Respond rapidly to patient emergencies and use evidence-based practices to stabilize critical situations.
