Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for patients with advanced cardiac conditions
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and respond swiftly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and manage critical intravenous infusions according to prescribed protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Support and educate patients and their families throughout the critical care process, providing both information and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards
