Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in cardiac ICU or CVICU
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills required
• Previous experience working with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio highly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
