As a Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care Registered Nurse (RN-CVICU), you'll build your clinical expertise through exposure to varied patient acuity and dynamic team environments. Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert cardiovascular intensive care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and administer necessary interventions
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care plans
• Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery expectations
• Ensure accurate charting and adherence to safety protocols
