Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Recent clinical experience in CVICU or a similar critical care setting
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills for high-acuity cardiac and vascular patients
• Proficiency with ventilators, invasive lines, cardiac drips, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiac and vascular diagnoses in the CVICU
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Continuously assess and monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Perform and document complex clinical procedures and interventions according to established protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety protocols, and recovery expectations
• Adhere to infection control, medication administration, and patient safety standards

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
