Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, eligible for Illinois practice
- At least one year of recent experience as an RN in a CVICU setting
- Advanced knowledge of care for acutely ill cardiovascular patients
- BLS and ACLS certifications (active)
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced CVICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Administer advanced therapies, medications, and interventions
