Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, rotating or day shifts (as assigned)
  • Flexible weekly scheduling

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • At least 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong proficiency in cardiac surgery protocols and sterile techniques
  • Solid communication skills and adaptability within high-acuity settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative continuum for cardiovascular surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile protocols and regulatory guidelines
  • Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
  • Support and educate patients and their families before and after procedures

$2,759 - $2,918/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
